He is the Founder and Overseer of Word and Praise Faith Ministries, and serves in team ministry with his wife, Sr. Pastor Dr. Shelly Barber, a native of Florida. They both were commissioned by God to minister the Word of God. They have a special heart for the community and young people and enjoys encouraging them to higher standards of excellence

and expectations. They are effective communicators of God’s Word. Their testimonies are living proof that God can do anything and that He will make a way out of no way. Kevin & Shelly are both talented artists and

songwriters, founders of Angel of Songs Music and AOSD Publishing companies. They both hold Associate of Arts degrees in Biblical Studies, Masters of Theology degrees and currently pursuing their Doctorates in Theology. They currently reside in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
