Facility Renovation Plan
The time has come to invest in our church facility and we need your help. Our facility is badly in need of renovation that will address administrative issues, pastoral space and meetings functionality. The purpose of this document is to summarize a $6,500 facility improvement plan that has been approved by the Word & Praise Faith Ministry Board and to ask for your help in funding the project.

Background
In 2016, we purchased the property to be used as our primary worship facility without any administrative offices to properly run the Ministry effectively.  As we engage in the ministry God has given us our facility with a Community focus reflecting our care and concern for our community and our values of good stewardship.

Proposed Improvements
In keeping with our value of wise stewardship of the resources with which God has blessed us, the Board is proposing improvements to our facility to address critical needs as well as to enhance the community in our church. The key benefits of the proposed plan include: (a) an increase in administrative offices to effectively operate community programs for the youth and families, (b) increase staff seating capacity (c) improved functionality by redirecting the pastor’s meetings from the main sanctuary to basement areas (appropriate offices/conference rooms) and deferred maintenance items such as bathroom, carpet, paint, and a refresh of the entire interior of the basement area.  Our general contractor has developed a plan that we estimate will take less than four months to complete, and will allow us to use our facility during the construction process.  Your faithful giving will allow us to meet the needs of the Ministry and the Community.
